Stir fry
you can make it any way you like. I am choosing my recipe which I've been making on this diet.
First pre cook your brown rice. according to the direction to the package.
Cut up any veggies you like. choose atleast a few like:
carrots, onions, celery, broccoli, to name just a few. I recommend trying your favories. and adding
the yuckies alittle sparingly in julianne style.
Then choose to olive oil to cook in . heat up the pan for stir fry. and let the oil heat up.
I usual add the veggies and cooked meats. I use chicken sparingly size. for a quart of the food. as
you control if you make for one or the whole family I omitted adding size as you can control that. cook for several
minutes. remember don't burn or you won't eat it. ha ha
for myself its a cup of rice, cup of veggies and 1 piece of about 4 oz chicken and I use a soy sauce that is low
in salt.
this is very good recipe which I never made until the waterfall diet. I've actually gotten used to
it.
