detoxing pad help;. detoxing tubs help using reflexology works but if you have a injury it will reawaken it.

As I go about detoxing.   I did this.  with first day pads done.  I noticed it smelled exactly like the barbeque sauce I love to use.  so I though seems right as I ate it recently.  though did not think that delicious sauce -bulleye was a toxin.  but it is in my pads.   I actual pulled the backing off my used pads and reapplied with medical taping to my feet.   I am hoping to extend the pad life on my toxin release. 
 
during my night.  I noticed a sorta sucking action.   and I know its because of the waterfall diet.  afterall I poop twice a day very nicely.  everything that goes in comes out in a very quick return.  I don't have a sluggish system so you may not feel this sucking.  you could try three or four years of my soups and meals listed on this website.  all allergy don't involve my fluid buildup.  now I do know that my healthier body can feel toxin coming out.  because I done all I can to rid myself of the water I actual cheansed and healed my cappilaries, lymph, food track and what name you by good nutritional advice found in the waterfall diet.  I often am amazed at all the stress I don't feel.  my asthma is great for someone on less meds.  and its just great.
 
my pads beside the food smell were strongly grey green.   they were all over the pads not like the ones I seen in a ad.   so I actual suspect its working stronger on me because of nutritional healing.   now many medical people will be insulted by this website.  but I don't care.  I paid for your services and I got crapped on as far as I am concern you got alot of nerve. 
 
   I am pleased at the pulling action and recall linda book of strong protien pulling action of water.  I recommend this but use the reflexology method and lymph workout of your entire body as that waste need to go out through the drain at the neck.

I am very interested in the detox pad for lymph use in pulling waste out though that method. most are not sured. but I did get alot out when I am active. very little when I am inactive. I think activity play a role in pulling toxin out. why I do not know why. and skin type to.  dry skin is hard to pull toxin out. and moist skin is easy to pull toxin out.  I belief lymph edema should be drain by dylaisis to help the outer body system and the inner lymph system need checking since I belief most active lymph are auto accident victim with pain in back or someplace constantly but most don't check this.

keep exercising all over to get lymph waste out. get in a hot tub or heated pool and work the shoulder, neck, periodically. as large amount of lymph waste get easily backed up.

I think planning a meal in a set up of food you can eat is best. for instance
3 days of oatmeal everyother day eaten
3 day of yogurt for one of the smaller meals.
3 day of banana for fluid suffers.
3 salad days for lunch. and alternate a real meat of meat potatoe or fish and mach and cheese.  with veggie.
3 days of soups homemade if desired. 
3 days of fruit for a meal ( yes I said fruit as a meal)
limit carbs and eat the smallest sweet if you have a sweet tooth.  they have mini rolos and mini reeses which are tiny but satisfy. Remember This meal for fluid suffer you don't count the carbs as you need the repairing work of fruit carbs for vascular.  also use coconut oil.  which is 76 degree solids or above it liquid just like lymph is in your body. remember move neck up and down 5  x and head side to side 10 x each morning and afternoon for fluid flow in the lymph system.
1 meal of breakfast meat and have three bad days of flour.  or spelt. which has less flour.
have two reg meals which can be used out to eat style.
