As of the end of April (last week actually)  I began losing what was 5lbs a week.  I did not eat low calories foods and my diagnostic diet was full of potatoes, carrots, celery, beef or chicken.   I would add tomatoe juice to the flavor.   and since I started my menstrual I had a 4lb gain last week.  there went my 5 lbs although the day after I started I saw a 3lb loss.   then I went to the same weight I was at the beginning of the week.  so I think that our female monthly really flutuates the water game.   in any case I had two social fun events.  and one I was very good eating the only thing I could eat.  raw veggies.  then I tried a chip and later added dip on one chip.   oh well.  it effects it as I did not experience the frequent urination the next day where I ate alittle of the icing and alittle too many nuts and m&Ms.   bad girl.  took me til tuesday to get the water flowing again.  its hard to live with just soup for a couple of weeks.  however you can always pick yourself up off the ground.   after all.  it isn't easy when most people can eat anything they want and you can't.   and I plan on spending the rest of my life balancing the water.  once I learn how my body reacts I will expose myself to it if it isn't a bad reaction.   so far flour has a weakness with slowing my urinations so that I gain.  I suspect Milk.  though it could also be a problem during the time I have the worst edema.   for stronger willed people I would like to remind you that I actual been on the diet for nearly two years and have seen now that it works.  but I feel angry and that my best way of dealing with it is one day.  maybe once a month to eat an item at a social event.   Sometimes I find I don't eat the item.  and feel very proud of my will power.  but I also brought in my goodies in a sandwich bag.   this is the best way though alot of people say "I got food for you.'  usual cut veggies is what they got as they often got sweet sauces everywhere. 

After finishing any diet program.  especial one like Waterfall first stage.  the next step is the second stage of a diet.  this means testing.  unlike many which are maintenance  waterfall is about your excess fat being water retention so it lack a maintence.  However Linda has a download on her site for low carb eating and waterfall in combining the diets.  Since some people like me may feel let get rid of fat as well.
 
So at this stage you are at is where you test your foods,  for me this has been going on longer.  as when I just started I had a bad reaction and I stopped testing.  went to the dentist and had six or seven dental appointment which caused extreme fatigue.  it helped caused my hospitals admission later after the last appointment as every visit was fixing  root canal for a crown,  replacing silver (2) fillings for white plastic types.  and having several small filling placed.  my dentist dosen't moniter to let cavities build any specks gets treated right away.  which I agree with.  

as of the End of April (23rd) I learned two very important facts.  my estimate that my kidneys were stronger.  and the effect of Sugar and Fats on my system.    I am learning to take it easy and relax.  however this week is very hard. alot of stress added to my other immediate elder brother Patrick is taking a turn for the worst in the hospital.  I don't want to lose another brother and my oldest brother second son is set to deploy to the middle east.  so I could use prayers on these matters.  by the way my brother that died in 2002 is named Garry.  I am going to make this personal as it is my web site.  and Patrick is the 4th son of my parents.  there were born to them 8 children.   I am the fifth born.  and Patrick is a very bad eptileptic.  he taking to walking into people houses half dressed and worst naked.   he need the goverment to treat him as a health issue and not a criminal.  so because of this my weight loss is at ten pounds and stress is always not kind to me.  I plan however to stay on the soup diet and hope by monday I have more loss.  I don't count what I did as it was related to me gaining water from my cycle (or dairy 2tbs in rice cream of wheat?)   however this the third week seen a unofficial 3lbs. 

I am a strong spiritual person blessed with many of God good gifts.  however some can see that life can seem to weight us down.  I am happy as my little warrior greg called.  we barely talked since his dad died.  their mom did not want them in our lifes so we lost members of our family though other people being cruel to us.  My Automatic writing tells me the water will come off.  it was a few months of telling me it is coming.  and now that it is.  it states that I am to relax as it effects me is stress.   well I sorta knew that by my doctors advice for years.  my job and life were too stressful.  God truely tested me.  and he gave me what he felt he could handle.  any one ever astro project?   I just wondering as I often am researching that work.  though it is not ordain as Holy spiriutal gift.   people can do it.

March 26, 2007  Allergist appointment as protien rich edema and something else possibly gives me off readings of food intolerances.  In the manner of testing she used the traditional testing on me.  and I realized I had to give up the singulair which I am taking.  it could be why I did not get good readings because it histamine effect?  

anyway at this testing  it made sense to me.  I showed alot of reaction after the first ten to fifteen minutes.  its because of false positives and people who claim to have 30 allergies should read this.   today allergist don't take that reading if you showed a back full of allergies.   because of the condition of my back the allergist told me they may be false positive which they know more about.  I think being on strong prescription of singulair and for other people who story says I allergic to everything.  check your meds.  if you have  an allergy pill even from over the counter you will show a false positive result.  because your body is taking regular meds its more sensitive.  so my Allergist told me we just wait longer as these results were not ready.  and my back is sensitive to the procedure which is a needle with a fluid being penetrated into my skin with a series of 5 needles on the test gear.  

Anyway after another ten or fifteen minutes  ( I apologize  I can't tell how long so give it in approx time reference to the mandatory wait for results.)   in the second work she said the other works showed up as false positive and my back was more agreeable to being 'read' .    she moved my skin around and determined the severity on a scale of 1 to 4.   one being the least problems and 4 being the worst problems.    which could explain my problems during testing the foods.  I showed stress problems earlier and that was in effect a problem in 2004  when I was still under alot of stress.   
anyway it showed  8 (eight )  allergies to foods:

now these are food allergies not just food intolerances  as I talked with the allergist.  food intolerances are different and she basically said go on a diet with a few foods and reintroduce the foods back and see what happens.   so basically my Allergist who was told by me that I am on the waterfall diet for a few years was told this by me.   my weight was astonishing 221lbs.   but when I looked at my food list of allergies:

Wheat,   Egg,   Cucumbers, Onions ( hard one), seseame seeds,  Ginger(3)  , mushroom and yellow squash .   the last two I do not eat. 

it became clear that I had alittle eggs in foods in my diet journals.  it became astonishing that onions which I love were common everyday.   and Ginger and seaseme seeds were more common for wheat free gluten free products flavored .   So  I realized my boston coolers and my gingerale ,  my ginger tea and putting ginger in cream of rice and oatmeal had to go.  

Once  I removed the ginger.   I am pleased to say I do not react to oatmeal and welcome this food back into my diet!   the Allergist is currently testing me for celiac disease.   which was done before and never results.   apprently my doctors did not know the test they used was not a test to rule out celic disease.   so I learned because my allergist placed re: celiac   and I was told they had a better more reliable test as the other one had very bad results.   since it was the test I was administered I was concerned at this waste and they told me to wait ( wind up being an hour) while they called the allergist and explain this and got a new test  scripts.     so I waited and they did this new test.
currently do not have the results yes.

April 9, 2007  reported to my primary my arms problems forgetting my leggs.  we talked of diet ,  and I explained I knew she did not belief in my edema existing.  she corrected me and told me she saw I had edema but so long as my arms and leggs were not effected she was not concerned.  I was glad as many medical conditions are where the feet are swelled and she assured me she watched my feet.  I told her of the 7 other allergies and one being really bad was ginger.   she placed me with a dibetic diet and lower cholesterol diet.   she wants me to take a pill for being borderline.  and I told her I bring it down with the waterfall diet but use some aid of serving size from the diabetic diet.  alot of foods on it are not for me as I am allergic.  so she sent me on my way to report with blood work a few weeks before my next visit.   I have to go frequently.

I think planning a meal in a set up of food you can eat is best. for instance
3 days of oatmeal everyother day eaten
3 day of yogurt for one of the smaller meals.
3 day of banana for fluid suffers.
3 salad days for lunch. and alternate a real meat of meat potatoe or fish and mach and cheese.  with veggie.
3 days of soups homemade if desired. 
3 days of fruit for a meal ( yes I said fruit as a meal)
limit carbs and eat the smallest sweet if you have a sweet tooth.  they have mini rolos and mini reeses which are tiny but satisfy. Remember This meal for fluid suffer you don't count the carbs as you need the repairing work of fruit carbs for vascular.  also use coconut oil.  which is 76 degree solids or above it liquid just like lymph is in your body. remember move neck up and down 5  x and head side to side 10 x each morning and afternoon for fluid flow in the lymph system.
1 meal of breakfast meat and have three bad days of flour.  or spelt. which has less flour.
have two reg meals which can be used out to eat style.
