Wheat free Gluten free Chili
1 or 2 cans of large beans 24 oz or 1 hugh can 6lb can for people on the intestinal healing program, You can get
it at Gordon food service or the larger supermarkets.
the amount you choose. if for two people I suggest starting at 1/2 lb of beef, chicken on up
(this is if you chose 1 can of course.
seaon your beef as you fry it in chopped onions, peppers.
you decide how much you want in it of onion and peppers.
add rice flour or other non gluten flour to beef. mix well in fats.
add seasons as follows:
you can use 1/2 starters and work your way up on seasonings
Garlic pepper Chili powder These are simply what I've been
using. though because of intestinal healing I've got much more garlic in this mix. for healing of
course!
place beans in a large cooking pot. add tomatoes with zesty chili's. add some chili powder here.
some garlic too.
add meat mixture.
add 1 cup of water. if the 6 lb can add 4 cups. its watery but you boil it for thickening. remember
to keep stiring.
