Breads Pancakes, waffles recipes
You may consider a protien bread if the ingredients agree with you.  I show no problem to eggs unless they are cooked in the wrong fats perhaps.  (it actually isn't concrete yet though ha ha.)
 
 

basic Pancake mix
 
1/2 cup soy powder                  or soy flour
3 eggs   or liquid eggs sub you can tolerate
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt  or no salt
cooking oil  
 
try also adding walnuts, pecans, rasin, blueberries to the mix to add flavour to pancakes or waffles. 
 
add ingredient to a blender or mix in a bowl with a high speed mixer.
 
heat a 8 inch omrlrt pan or skillet covered with oil. When oil is hot add 3 tb spoons of batter
 
spread evenly in pan.   the more you spread for instance could mean a soft tortia or a crepe.  beside the pancake or muffin to make say mcmuffin foods.
 
With this batter you should get 4 pancakes or other.  you can use if for other ways of serving as I am aware it can be used for canneloni, lasagna, blitzes and even pizza.
 
enjoy your way.  this is done for pancake or waffles.

variation to above recipe:
 
Pizza
add one pancake with no other ingredients added of course.
2 tables spoons of unsweetened tomatoe sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozarella
some other variations
add 2 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
 
You may place this in the broiler provided you watch it.
you can place it in the oven with spreading sauce and adding cheese for a plain pizza.  
I say 481 degrees for no more than the time to melt the cheese.   the bread is already cooked.
 
 

adkins recipe:
basic protien bread
 
3 eggs, separated room temp
2 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoon buter, melted
1/2 cup soya powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
 
preheat oven to 350 degrees
combine eggs yolks and all other ingredients.  mix well.  beat eggs whites until stiff and fold into mixture.  but into butter bread pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.  or until golden
store in refrigerator

Remeber I highly recommend a pizza mix which you can ingredient or egg free as I now must do.   its
Tastefully gluten free out of brighton Michigan.   its the best mix I have tried and am writing it in here to help other to enjoy pizza again.  
 
its a thicker crust but you can make it thin or whatever size and freeze it as I do.   I freeze only the bread and purchase little ceasar crazy sauce to put on with my own items.  you can make it fat free with that type of cheese. lower temp by 25 degrees if you do.   hope this makes people happy at a good tasting mix out there!
